Bank of Baroda Vacancy Details 2026

PwBD reservation is horizontal within the overall vacancies. The notification lists 40 PwBD points for Wealth Executive and 4 for Credit Analyst – C&IC.

Eligibility Criteria for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2026

Educational Qualification

Wealth Executive: Graduation in any discipline plus any one valid certification: IC 38 from Insurance Institute of India, NISM Series V-A Mutual Fund Distributors Certification Examination, NISM Series XXI-A Portfolio Management Services (PMS) Distributors Certification Examination, or NISM Series V-D Mutual Fund – Specialised Investment Fund Distributors Certification Examination. A 2-year full-time PG degree/diploma in Management or MBA in Finance/Marketing/Banking is preferred.

Credit Analyst – C&IC: Graduation in any discipline and Chartered Accountant qualification. Experience in Corporate Credit is preferred.

Age Limit

Age is calculated as on 01 September 2026. Wealth Executive: 22 to 32 years. Credit Analyst – C&IC: 21 to 33 years. Upper-age relaxation is available as per the notification: SC/ST 5 years, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) 3 years, PwBD Gen/EWS 10 years, OBC 13 years, SC/ST 15 years; applicable Ex-Servicemen relaxation is also specified in the notification.

Only candidates willing to serve anywhere in India should apply. Educational qualifications must be from recognized institutions as specified in the notification.

Bank of Baroda Salary Structure 2026

The notified pay scales are:

• JMG/S-I (Wealth Executive): ₹48,480–₹85,920, with increments as specified in the pay scale.
• MMG/S-II (Credit Analyst – C&IC): ₹64,820–₹93,960, with increments as specified in the pay scale.
• Selected candidates are also entitled to allowances, benefits, perquisites and other facilities according to applicable banking-sector settlements, Joint Notes and Bank policies.

The probation period is 12 months of active service from the date of joining. A service bond requiring three years of service applies: JMG/S-I candidates may have to pay up to ₹2 lakh, and MMG/S-II candidates up to ₹3 lakh, as specified for early exit under the bond terms.

Selection Process for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2026

If the Bank conducts an online written test, the notification gives the following tentative pattern:

• English Language is conducted in English; the other listed sections are available bilingually in English and Hindi.
• English, Reasoning & Quantitative Aptitude, and General/Economic & Banking Awareness are qualifying in nature and their marks are not counted for the merit list/final result.
• There is a 0.25-mark penalty for each wrong answer, based on the marks assigned to that question. No penalty applies to an unanswered question.
• The notification does not provide a detailed topic-wise syllabus; Professional Knowledge is related to the position.

Registration and Examination Fee

The fee is non-refundable. Payment is made online through the integrated payment gateway using methods such as Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking or UPI. Registration is complete only after successful online fee payment.
