Eligibility Criteria for CSB Young Professional Recruitment 2026
Educational Qualification
Candidates must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Government sector, OR hold an MBA/M.Com degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Government sector.
Post-Qualification Experience Required
Candidates should have relevant experience in Government accounting of autonomous bodies, Tally Prime, procurement procedures in Government, scrutiny of TA/DA bills, medical bills and pension, internal audit, and statutory compliance.
Age Limit (As on 1st July of the Year of Advertisement)

CSB Young Professional Salary Structure 2026
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of ₹70,000, inclusive of all applicable taxes. No other facility will be provided. Remuneration may be enhanced annually (up to 10%) based on performance evaluation, subject to a ceiling of 1.35 times the initial remuneration.
Selection Process for CSB Young Professional 2026
- Screening of applications by the Screening Committee as per CSB guidelines
- Empanelment of a waiting list (valid for one year) apart from finally selected candidates
Scheme of Examination and Syllabus
The official notification does not prescribe a separate written examination for this recruitment. Candidates are shortlisted and selected by the Screening Committee based on qualification, experience, and profile evaluation.
