UIIC Administrative Officer Vacancy Details 2026

4% horizontal reservation is applicable for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) as per the RPWD Act 2016. Vacancies are provisional/indicative and the Company reserves the right to vary or interchange the category-wise numbers. A candidate may apply for either Generalists or Hindi Officers, not both.

Eligibility Criteria for UIIC Administrative Officer Recruitment 2026

Educational Qualification (As on 30.06.2026)

Generalists: Graduate Degree/Post Graduate in any discipline (including Engineering, Arts, Science, Commerce, Agriculture, Data Science, etc.) from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).

Hindi Officers: Master's Degree from a recognized university with Hindi and English in specified combinations (as medium of examination or compulsory/elective subject) with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).

Working knowledge of Computer is mandatory for all candidates.

Age Limit (As on 30.06.2026)

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 30 Years (born between 30.06.1996 and 30.06.2005, both days inclusive)
• Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, 10 years for PwBD, 5 years for Ex-Servicemen, 9 years for Widows/Divorced/Separated women, 8 years for existing confirmed employees of Public Sector General Insurance Companies (cumulative relaxation capped at 45 years)

UIIC Administrative Officer Salary Structure 2026

• Basic Pay Scale: ₹82,485-4050(14)-1,39,185-4390(4)-1,56,745
• Gross pay approximately ₹1,10,000/- per month at Metropolitan centers
• Other benefits: Gratuity, LTS, Medical Benefits, Group Personal Accident Insurance, National Pension System (NPS), and leased accommodation as per Company rules

Selection Process for UIIC Administrative Officer Recruitment 2026

1. Tier I: Preliminary Examination (Online Objective Test) – qualifying in nature
2. Tier II: Main Examination (Online Objective Test + Descriptive Test)
3. Interview (candidates called up to 3 times the vacancies per category/discipline)
4. Final merit list prepared using Main Examination and Interview marks in the ratio of 75:25

Scheme of Examination

There is a penalty of one-fourth of the marks assigned to a question for each wrong answer in the objective tests. No penalty applies for unanswered questions. Marks from the Preliminary Examination are not considered for the final merit list.

Registration and Examination Fee

• All applicants other than SC/ST/PwBD/Permanent UIIC employees: ₹1,000/- (application fee including service charges) + GST as applicable
• SC/ST/PwBD/Permanent UIIC employees: Application fee Nil; ₹250/- (service charges only) + GST as applicable
• Fee/service charges, once paid, are non-refundable under any circumstances
