UPSC EPFO APFC Salary Structure 2026

Selected candidates will be appointed in Level-10 of the Pay Matrix as per the 7th Central Pay Commission. The post is a Permanent Central Board Group "A" Non-Ministerial post (equivalent to Group "A" of the Central Government at the corresponding pay level), with National Pension System (NPS) benefits applicable with effect from 01.01.2004.

Scheme of Examination

The RT syllabus covers General English, Indian Culture & Heritage, Indian Economy, Governance & Constitution of India, General Science & Computer Applications, Elementary Mathematics & General Mental Ability, Industrial Relations & Labour Codes, Principles of Accountancy, Auditing & Insurance, and Current Affairs. There is a penalty of one-third of the marks for each wrong answer; unanswered questions carry no penalty. Minimum qualifying marks in the Interview: UR/EWS 50, OBC 45, SC/ST/PwBD 40 (out of 100).

Registration and Examination Fee

Candidates (except Female/SC/ST/PwBD candidates, who are exempted) are required to pay a fee of ₹25/- via Debit/Credit Card, UPI, or Internet Banking. No fee exemption is available to OBC/EWS/Unreserved male candidates. Fee once paid is non-refundable.
